DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipments and deliveries include Saturdays but not on US Federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out for delivery. You may also track your order on our website by clicking on the Track Your Order link in the footer.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Reiki Peaceheart Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Reiki Peaceheart Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we are unable to ship to Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Russian Federation, Sudan, and Zimbabwe.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items unless there was a misprint, damage or the item was defective. These items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received to the return address on the shipping label. Please also take a photo of your misprinted, damaged or defective item and email it to the email address below. Our print on demand facility will evaluate your return and determine if it was an error on their end or if the item was destroyed.

We do not refund orders for buyers remorse.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
